In Saturday's non-league contest, the Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Cougars face the Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 1. Evergreen Valley will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Christopher (Gilroy, CA).
