Missouri High School Soccer - University City knocks off Mid-Buchanan
April 1, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63130 University City Lions (St. Louis, MO) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Mid-Buchanan Dragons (Faucett, MO), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Jefferson City Jays (Jefferson City, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 3. University City will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Jays enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Normandy (St. Louis, MO).
The Dragons now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ursuline Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. Mid-Buchanan will confront a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to University City (St. Louis, MO). The Bears record now stands at 1-5.
