California High School Softball - Steele Canyon bounces Brawley
April 1, 2023: Brawley, CA 92227 Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Brawley Wildcats (Brawley, CA), 10-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. Steele Canyon will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Brawley falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Grossmont (El Cajon, CA) to battle the Foothillers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1. The Foothillers enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Grossmont lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA)
