Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA), 8-7 in a non-league test.

The Bears now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Southern Lehigh for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 11.

In their next game, the Comets face the Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA) in a Wyoming Valley Lacrosse League test, on Tuesday, April 4. Abington Heights will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 12-6 league loss to Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA).
