New York High School Lacrosse - Ward Melville can't get by Garden City
April 1, 2023: East Setauket, NY 11733 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Garden City Trojans lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Ward Melville Patriots.
The Trojans now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Radnor for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 4. Garden City will face a Raptors squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Malvern Prep (Malvern, PA). The Raptors record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Bay Shore Marauders (Bay Shore, NY) in a Section 11 I test, on Tuesday, April 4. Ward Melville will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
