Washington High School Soccer - Lakeside overwhelmed by Chelan
April 1, 2023: Chelan, WA 98816 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Chelan Mountain Goats (Chelan, WA) and the visiting Lakeside Eagles (Nine Mile Falls, WA), saw Chelan's soccer squad triumph over Lakeside by a margin of 6-1.
The Mountain Goats now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Selah for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 4. Chelan will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Othello (Othello, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Lakeside drops to 0-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Deer Park (Deer Park, WA) to meet the Stags in a 1A Northeast test on Tuesday, April 11. The Stags come into the test with a record of 3-0. Deer Park won 6-0 in their recent league test against Colville (Colville, WA)
