April 1, 2023: Corona, CA 92881 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA) and the host Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), saw Aliso Niguel's softball squad nip Centennial by a count of 7-4.
The Wolverines now sport a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dana Hills for a South Coast match on Tuesday, April 11. Aliso Niguel will face a Dolphins squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Centennial falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Huskies host Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA) to face the Titans in a non-league match on Saturday, April 8. The Titans enter the match with a record of 10-2.
