Kentucky High School Softball - Skyline can't hold off Assumption
April 1, 2023: Louisville, KY 40205 The Assumption Rockets softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Skyline Vikings to 8 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Assumption improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Male (Louisville, KY) to encounter the Bulldogs in a District 26 outing on Wednesday, April 12. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a record of 0-1.
The Vikings (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Grissom (Huntsville, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league outing with a 6-14 record. In their last outing, Grissom was tipped by Sparkman (Harvest, AL), 8-2, in a league outing.
