Virginia High School Softball - Spotswood topped by Buffalo Gap
April 1, 2024: Swoope, VA 24479 The Buffalo Gap Bison softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Spotswood Trailblazers to 1 in the Bison non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Buffalo Gap moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bison travel to Nelson County (Lovingston, VA) to play the Governors in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 10. The Governors come into the game with a record of 0-4. Nelson County lost 5-2 in their recent non-league game against Liberty (Bedford, VA)
Coming up next, the Trailblazers encounter the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 2. Spotswood will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 24-3 non-league win over Luray (Luray, VA).
