Tennessee High School Softball - Jellico loses to Bell County
April 1, 2024: Jellico, TN 37762 The Bell County Bobcats softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Jellico Blue Devils to 1 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Bell County moves its record to 3-7 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 2. The Pioneers come into the game with a record of 0-2. Thomas Walker lost 15-3 in their recent non-league game against Middlesboro (Middlesboro, KY)
In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Oliver Springs Bobcats (Oliver Springs, TN) in a 1A District 3 game, on Tuesday, April 2. Jellico will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Bobcats come into the game with a 8-2 record after their 15-14 non-league win over Anderson County (Clinton, TN).
