The Zane Trace Pioneers the visiting Piketon Redstreaks softball squad by a final score of 4-1 in Monday's league battle.

The Pioneers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Adena (Frankfort, OH). The Warriors go into the Scioto Valley battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Adena nudged Westfall (Williamsport, OH), 11-4, in a league battle.

The Redstreaks now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Portsmouth for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 4. Piketon will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Fairland (Proctorville, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.
