With the win, Rincon/University improves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Rangers host Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Lancers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 11-7. Salpointe Catholic won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Walden Grove (Sahuarita, AZ)

The Chargers now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amphitheater for a 4A Gila battle on Tuesday, April 8.
