April 1, 2025: Cedar Rapids, IA 52403 Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Cedar Valley Christian Huskies (Cedar Rapids, IA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Clayton-Ridge moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, IA) to clash with the Comets in a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. The Comets come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bellevue won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against West Liberty (West Liberty, IA)
The Huskies now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wapello for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. Cedar Valley Christian will clash with a Indians team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Northeast (Goose Lake, IA). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
