April 1, 2025: Covington, GA 30014 The Eastside Eagles smashed the visiting Spalding Jaguars soccer team by a tally of 7-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next, the Eagles face the Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA) in a 4A Region 8 game, on Thursday, April 3. Eastside will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 3-8 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to East Jackson (Commerce, GA).
The Jaguars (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Wildcats enter the 3A Region 2 game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, Whitewater held off Dutchtown (Hampton, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
