April 1, 2025: Rabun Gap, GA 30568 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles (Rabun Gap, GA) and the visiting Lakeview Academy Lions (Gainesville, GA), saw Rabun Gap-Nacoochee's soccer squad prevail over Lakeview Academy by a count of 5-1.
The Eagles (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Asheville Christian Academy (Swannanoa, NC). The Lions enter the NCISAA Carolina battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Asheville Christian Academy tipped Carolina Day (Asheville, NC), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Lions confront the George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA) in a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 4 battle, on Thursday, April 3. Lakeview Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 7-3 record after their 4-0 league win over Loganville Christian Academy (Loganville, GA).
