April 1, 2025: Canton, MI 48187 Salem Rocks (Canton, MI) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI), 4-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Salem moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rocks travel to Hartland (Hartland, MI) to clash with the Eagles in a Kensington Lakes test on Thursday, April 3. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-1.
The Cougars now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Walled Lake Northern for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. South Lyon East will clash with a Knights team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Lake Fenton (Linden, MI). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
