April 1, 2025: Andrews, SC 29510 Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Andrews Yellowjackets (Andrews, SC), 9-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Philip Simmons moves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Iron Horses host Woodland (Dorchester, SC) to clash with the Wolverines in a AA Region 6 test on Thursday, April 3. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 2-8. Woodland won 4-0 in their recent league test against Timberland (St. Stephen, SC)
The Yellowjackets now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academic Magnet for a AA Region 6 test on Wednesday, April 2. Andrews will clash with a Raptors team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Raptors record now stands at 13-0.
