April 1, 2025: Cedartown, GA 30125 Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Mt. Zion Eagles (Mt. Zion, GA), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Cedartown moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pepperell (Lindale, GA) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 2-10. Pepperell lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA)
The Eagles now sport a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they host Bowdon for a 1A D-II Area 4 test on Thursday, April 3. Mt. Zion will clash with a Red Devils team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Elite Scholars Academy (Jonesboro, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-4.
