Alabama High School Soccer - Holt toppled by Montevallo
April 1, 2025: Montevallo, AL 35115 Montevallo Bulldogs (Montevallo, AL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Holt Ironmen (Holt, AL), 5-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Montevallo moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Tarrant (Birmingham, AL) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-8.
The Ironmen now sport a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Fultondale for a 4A Area 4 test on Thursday, April 3. Holt will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 1-0 league win over American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-9.
