Virginia High School Soccer - Washington-Liberty toppled by McLean
April 1, 2025: McLean, VA 22101 McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), 6-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, McLean moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to James Madison (Vienna, VA) to clash with the Warhawks in a non-league test on Monday, April 7. The Warhawks come into the test with a record of 2-1.
The Generals now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host James Madison for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. Washington-Liberty will clash with a Warhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fairfax (Fairfax, VA). The Warhawks record now stands at 2-1.
