The Morningside Academy Eagles triumphed over the visiting Berean Christian Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the Calvary Chapel Academy Eagles (West Melbourne, FL) in a 2A District 8 challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Morningside Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 10-8 league loss to City of Life Christian Academy (Kissimmee, FL).

The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Atlantic Christian (West Palm Beach, FL). The Sharks enter the challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Atlantic Christian was routed by Master's Academy (Vero Beach, FL), 15-2, in a non-league challenge.
