The Port Neches-Groves Indians softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting West Brook Bruins to 4 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barbers Hill for a 5A Region III District 17 battle on Friday, April 11.

With the loss, West Brook moves to 6-13 on the season. The Bruins host Nederland (Nederland, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 5A Region III District 17 battle on Friday, April 4. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 15-5. Nederland won 13-1 in their recent league battle against Lee (Baytown, TX)
