In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY) baseball squad the host Mt. Markham Mustangs (West Winfield, NY), by a tally of 8-6.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars (Honeoye Falls, NY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 7. Wayne will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 16-13 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).
