In Wednesday's non-league test, the Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA) softball squad got by the host Trinity Episcopal Titans (Richmond, VA), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) in a Washington Catholic test, on Tuesday, April 14. Bishop Ireton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record.
