The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL) and the visiting Lecanto Panthers (Lecanto, FL), observed Forest's softball team notch a victory over Lecanto by a final score of 11-2.

The Wildcats (9-5) will now prepare for their bout against North Marion (Citra, FL). The Colts go into the non-league bout with a 2-13 record. In their last bout, North Marion was routed by Dunnellon (Dunnellon, FL), 14-1, in a non-league bout.
