Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Carlisle loses to Palmyra
April 13, 2024: Palmyra, PA 17078 The Palmyra Cougars crushed the visiting Carlisle Thundering Herd baseball team by a count of 13-2 in Saturday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Exeter Township for a non-league bout on Monday, April 15. Palmyra will face a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.
Next, the Thundering Herd face the Central Dauphin East Panthers (Harrisburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout, on Tuesday, April 16. Carlisle will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 0-6 record after their 12-0 league loss to Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA).
