Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Needham can't get by Catholic Memorial
April 2, 2024: Needham, MA 02494 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Catholic Memorial Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Needham Rockets.
The Knights now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Malden Catholic for a Catholic test on Thursday, April 4. Catholic Memorial will face a Lancers squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Winthrop (Winthrop, MA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Rockets face the Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA) in a Bay State test, on Thursday, April 4. Needham will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 16-3 non-league win over Newton South (Newton, MA).
