New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Madison drops to Columbia
April 2, 2024: Maplewood, NJ 07040 Columbia Cougars (Maplewood, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Madison Dodgers (Madison, NJ), 11-7 in a league test.
The Cougars now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millburn for a Bianchi test on Thursday, April 4. Columbia will face a Millers squad coming off a 7-6 league win over St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ). The Millers record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Madison drops to 0-1 on the season. The Dodgers travel to Livingston (Livingston, NJ) to play the Lancers in a Bianchi match on Thursday, April 4. The Lancers go into the match with a record of 1-0. Livingston won 16-2 in their recent league match against Cranford (Cranford, NJ)
