Kansas High School Softball - Maize bounces Andale
April 2, 2024: Maize, KS 67101 Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Andale Indians (Andale, KS), 12-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maize South for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 5. Maize will battle a Mavericks squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Andover (Andover, KS). The Mavericks record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Andale falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Indians host Circle (Towanda, KS) to battle the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 8. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a record of 10-2. Circle won 14-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS)
