April 2, 2024: Port Gibson, MS 39150 The Wesson Cobras softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Port Gibson Blue Waves to 0 in the Cobras league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Wesson moves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Cobras host Florence (Florence, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, April 5. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 15-6. Florence won 4-1 in their recent league game against South Jones (Ellisville, MS)
