The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH) and the host Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH), saw Bexley's baseball team gain a win over Central Crossing by a tally of 9-3.

The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Grove City Christian (Grove City, OH). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Grove City Christian was overwhelmed by Westfall (Williamsport, OH), 10-1, in a non-league battle.
