April 2, 2025: Portland, OR 97220 The McDaniel Mountain Lions baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Liberty Falcons to 4 in the Mountain Lions non-league win on Wednesday.
The Mountain Lions now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glencoe for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. McDaniel will play a Crimson Tide team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Liberty drops to 0-4 on the year. The Falcons host Cleveland (Portland, OR) to play the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-7. Cleveland lost 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Sprague (Salem, OR)
