North Carolina High School Baseball - McMichael loses to Western Alamance
April 2, 2025: Mayodan, NC 27027 Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host McMichael Phoenix (Mayodan, NC), 13-8 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Western Alamance moves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Thursday, April 3. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 2-13. Eastern Guilford lost 12-0 in their recent league match against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
The Phoenix now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morehead for a Mid-State 2A match on Friday, April 4. McMichael will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 7-5 league win over McMichael (Mayodan, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-7.
