April 2, 2025: Newfield, NJ 08344 Fans at Wednesday's non-league outing between the Our Lady of Mercy Academy Villagers (Newfield, NJ) and the visiting Maple Shade Wildcats (Maple Shade, NJ), observed Our Lady of Mercy Academy's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Maple Shade by a final score of 12-6.
The Villagers now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ocean City for a Cape-Atlantic - American outing on Friday, April 4. Our Lady of Mercy Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Maple Shade falls to 2-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ) to face the Hornets in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 3. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Hamilton lost 11-3 in their recent league outing against Steinert (Hamilton, NJ)
