April 2, 2025: Sedalia, MO 65301 Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) and the host Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO), witnessed Kickapoo's soccer team beat Smith-Cotton by a final score of 4-0.
With the triumph, Kickapoo moves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Liberty (Liberty, MO) to meet the Blue Jays in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Blue Jays come into the test with a record of 2-4. Liberty won 3-1 in their recent league test against North Kansas City (North Kansas City, MO)
The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Michael the Archangel for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. Smith-Cotton will meet a Guardians squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. James Academy (Lenexa, KS). The Guardians record now stands at 1-2.
