Virginia High School Lacrosse - West Potomac overwhelms Fairfax
April 2, 2025: Alexandria, VA 22307 The West Potomac Wolverines lacrosse squad scored 7 points and limited the visiting Fairfax Lions to 3 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Braddock for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 7. West Potomac will clash with a Bruins squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Fairfax falls to 1-4 on the year. The Lions travel to West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 7. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. West Springfield lost 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodson (Fairfax, VA)
