April 2, 2025: Lithia, FL 33547 The Newsome Wolves lacrosse team (Lithia, FL), was overwhelmed 14-9 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL)
With the victory, Wheaton Academy advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Huntley (Huntley, IL) to encounter the Red Raiders in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a record of 3-0. Huntley won 9-6 in their recent non-league battle against Antioch (Antioch, IL)
The Wolves now sport a 11-4 record.
