April 2, 2025: Woodside, DE 19980 The Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) lacrosse nudged the visiting Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE), 10-9 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sussex Tech for a Henlopen North outing on Friday, April 4. Polytech will face a Ravens squad coming off a 15-5 league win over Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE). The Ravens record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Red Lion Christian Academy falls to 0-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Middletown (Middletown, DE) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Friday, April 4. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Middletown won 18-0 in their recent non-league outing against McKean (Wilmington, DE)
