The Nimitz Vikings softball squad (Irving, TX), was routed 28-11 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Berkner Rams (Richardson, TX)

With the triumph, Berkner improves its record to 11-12 on the year. The Rams host Irving (Irving, TX) to face the Tigers in a 6A Region I District 7 contest on Tuesday, April 14. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 3-20.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX) in a 6A Region I District 7 game, on Tuesday, April 7. Nimitz will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record.
