Alabama High School Baseball - Altamont loses to Ragland
April 3, 2021: Ragland, AL 35131 The Ragland Purple Devils baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Altamont Knights to 5 in the Purple Devils non-league victory on Saturday.
The Purple Devils (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Faith Christian (Anniston, AL). The Lions go into the 1A Area 9 match with a 15-4 record. In their last match, Faith Christian edged Talladega County Central (Talladega, AL), 11-0, in a non-league match.
The Knights (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Knights go into the 2A Area 9 match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Westminster School at Oak Mountain by Altamont (Birmingham, AL), 6-5, in a league match.
