April 3, 2023: Greensboro, NC 27407 The Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting T.W. Andrews Red Raiders to 0 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Golden Eagles (2-10) will now prepare for their match against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison go into the Mid-State 3A match with a 2-11 record. In their last match, High Point Central gained a win over Lexington (Lexington, NC), 7-0, in a non-league match.
The Red Raiders (3-6) will now prepare for their match against West Stokes (King, NC). The Wildcats go into the Mid-State 2A match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, West Stokes gained a win over Reidsville (Reidsville, NC), 11-1, in a league match.
