The Corvian Community Cardinals crushed the visiting Jackson Day Mariners baseball team by a tally of 15-5 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now hold a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Queen's Grant for a Metro Eight 1A bout on Tuesday, April 4. Corvian Community will face a Stallions team coming off a 22-6 league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 5-5.

Next, the Mariners face the Liberty Preparatory Christian Patriots (Mooresville, NC) in a CAASC bout, on Tuesday, April 11. Jackson Day will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
