Virginia High School Baseball - Smithfield defeats Windsor
April 3, 2023: Windsor, VA 23487 Smithfield Packers (Smithfield, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA), 10-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Smithfield upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Packers travel to Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA) to battle the Eagles in a Bay Rivers test on Friday, April 14. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-2.
With the defeat, Windsor falls to 5-4 on the season. The Dukes travel to Greensville County (Emporia, VA) to battle the Eagles in a Tri-Rivers test on Tuesday, April 4. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-3. Greensville County lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Surry County (Dendron, VA)
