April 3, 2023: Aurora, IL 60505 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL) and the visiting Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL), saw Aurora East's soccer squad get by Yorkville by a margin of 2-1.
The Tomcats now sport a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Glenbard East for a Upstate Eight outing on Wednesday, April 5. Aurora East will play a Rams team coming off a 3-1 league loss to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.
In their next game, the Foxes play the Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) in a Suburban Prairie outing, on Tuesday, April 4. Yorkville will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL).
