South Carolina High School Softball - Clover bounces Hanahan
April 3, 2023: Hanahan, SC 29410 Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Hanahan Hawks (Hanahan, SC), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Eagles now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Rock Hill for a AAAAA Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Clover will battle a Bearcats squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-10.
With the loss, Hanahan falls to 10-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to battle the Iron Horses in a AAA Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Iron Horses enter the challenge with a record of 1-2.
