In Monday's non-league contest, the Law Lawmen (Milford, CT) softball team overwhelmed the host New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT), by a margin of 12-1.

With the triumph, Law moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lawmen travel to Branford (Branford, CT) to play the Hornets in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 5. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Branford lost 17-1 in their recent non-league contest against East Haven (East Haven, CT)
