New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Liberty drops to Long Branch
April 3, 2024: Jackson, NJ 08527 Long Branch Green Wave (Long Branch, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Liberty Lions (Jackson, NJ), 7-2 in a league battle.
The Green Wave now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Monmouth Regional for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6. Long Branch will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Ocean Township Spartans (Oakhurst, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 8. Liberty will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 16-13 non-league loss to Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ).
