The Fairview Tigers lacrosse squad (Fairview, PA), was overwhelmed 12-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH)

Coming up next, the Spartans meet the Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 5. Boardman will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 13-4 non-league loss to Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH).

The Tigers now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Butler for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. Fairview will meet a Golden Tornado squad coming off a 16-6 non-league win over Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 5-0.
