Ohio High School Softball - Springfield bounces Mercer County
April 3, 2024: Holland, OH 43528 Springfield Blue Devils (Holland, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mercer County Titans (Harrodsburg, KY), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Turpin for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 3.
With the loss, Mercer County falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 5. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 4-0. Walsh Jesuit won 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Springfield (Holland, OH)
