April 3, 2025: Brooklyn, NY 11214 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the New Utrecht Utes (Brooklyn, NY) and the visiting Roosevelt Cougars (Brooklyn, NY), saw New Utrecht's baseball team gain a win over Roosevelt by a tally of 17-2.
The Utes (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against McKee Vo-Tech (Staten Island, NY). The Seagulls enter the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, McKee Vo-Tech prevailed over Port Richmond (Staten Island, NY), 19-3, in a league battle.
Next, the Cougars face the Lafayette Patriots (Brooklyn, NY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 7. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 11-1 league win over Telecommunication Arts Tech (Brooklyn, NY).
